Laura Sanders, Local Business

I started my journey to health and wellness in 2000, graduating from National Holistic Institute as a Massage Therapist & Health Educator. I worked in day spas, hotels and had a private practice in Pleasant Hill for many years.

I stepped away from my massage career and launched into business operations and management. Earning Bachelors & Masters degrees in business propelled me into project management, coordination and contracting for commercial and federal agencies. I grew my management career, gaining experience hiring, mentoring, training and growing staff, managing groups ranging from 5 to 18 over the years.

In 2023 I purchased a franchise massage studio, Elements Massage, a culmination of my early career aspirations, coupled with my career in business and management.

I am excited for this new business venture where I can focus on helping others on a path to wellness through the healing power of massage therapy.
