Police Chief Robert Priebe leads a small-town force of 13 sworn officers from this Rheem Valley headquarters, sharing the building with other key members of the town's staff.</p> <p>A part time community service officer assists the administration, works in the evidence room and patrols with various assignments and report taking.</p> <p>It is the job of the patrol division to provide emergency services to the community seven days a week, 24 hours a day.</p> <p>The planning department, town clerk and town manager also share offices in the building. Parks and recreation, public works and administrative services still maintain offices at the Hacienda de las Flores, 2100 Donald Drive.</p> <p>Town Manager Jill Keimach is responsible for implementing adopted town policies.</p>

The country club was eventually built out over several phases, starting with a nine-hole golf course and later filling in around an expanded 18-hole course and driving range in the mid-70s.</p> <p>There's a chipping and putting green just off St. Andrews Drive as guests enter. Its a popular spot with local golfers in search of a tune up for their short game, and green fees for a round on what has been described as a "forgiving" 18 holes should be just under $100.</p> <p>The country club maintains 12 tennis courts, a clubhouse, main pool area and three satellite pools spotted throughout the development.  There's a 24-hour security patrol and gardening services are provided.</p> <p>The clubhouse includes a full-service restaurant and bar, and a full calendar of social events keeps members and their guests smiling.</p>

The school is located on the street of the same name, and is a popular weekend destination for local kids who make use of its sports fields. The Town of Moraga has recently undertaken a retrofit of the fields that is scheduled for completion by the start of the 2011 school year.</p> <p>An elected student council and designated student "conflict managers" help students police their own actions and those of their fellow students. Fourth and fifth graders can participate in a lunch time sports program with designated teachers on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and are given the opportunity to join football, basketball or kickball teams. The school Book Club is a popular way for students to meet and talk about books they like.
