Celia's is a Bay Area chain of family-owned Mexican restaurants. This restaurant is tucked away on its own large piece of property at the Lafayette Reservoir side of Mt. Diablo Blvd. Here, you will find guacamole, salsa and tamales that are made fresh daily. The restaurant is spacious with ample room to seat the whole family, and there is plenty of parking outside.
