The smells wafting through the door of this establishment are hearty, rib-sticking smells. It's a combination of brisket, corn and pork mingled with BBQ simmered long and slow. Soul music playing from the speakers coupled with the ambiance of a hole-in-the-wall rib joint from the south give Bo's an authenticity you'd expect from your local BBQ joint. There are plenty of seats inside and out. Bo's carries a variety of dark micro-brews such as IPA. Acme's delicious bread is served here, as are freshly baked pies.
