Artisan Bistro is a new addition to Lafayette's neighborhood of restaurants and caters to those who desire only the finest foods from local and organic growers. Artisan is recommended by Michelin guide and specializes in French cuisine inspired by Danville local, John Marquez. You can order Jerusalem artichoke soup, a lamb shank and the strawberry soup for dessert, but don't eat too fast because the dishes here are works of art.
