The East Bay's Best Bartenders Shake It Up In Lafayette
The 13th Annual Best Martini in the East Bay Contest to benefit Project Second Chance.
Thirteen bartenders went shaker-to-shaker Monday night, at the 13th Annual Best Martini in the East Bay Contest hosted by the Lafayette Park Hotel and Spa. Melanie Hartman of American Oak Food & Drink in Alameda won first place from a panel of judges for her Sunburned Russian. Brenna Henricks of Moresi's Chophouse in Clayton won the People's Choice Award for her Cello Meringue. Proceeds from the event benefited Project Second Chance, the Contra Costa County Library's adult literacy program.
