High School Football Playoffs: Campolindo vs. Acalanes In A Rematch
Miramonte plays host to Northgate High in second round action in the North Coast Section playoffs
Campolindo High and Acalanes High will hook up once again in second round action this weekend in the North Coast Section Division III football playoffs.
The game begins at 7 p.m. Friday at Campolindo's home field in Moraga.
The Cougars and Dons battled earlier this season at Acalanes' stadium with Campolindo winning 24-14. That's the closest game Campolindo has played all season.
The Cougars are 10-0 on the year while Acalanes is 7-4.
Meanwhile, Miramonte High plays at home in their NCS Division II second round game.
Northgate High, the tournament's sixth seed, travels to Orinda to tackle third ranked Miramonte beginning at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
The Broncos and Matadors are both 9-2 this season.
