High School Football Playoffs: Campolindo, Miramonte in Action on Friday Night
The Cougars and the Matadors play in the semifinals of their divisions in the North Coast Section championships
Campolindo High and Miramonte High will try to advance to the finals of their divisions on Friday night in the North Coast Section football playoffs.
Undefeated Campolindo will do battle with El Cerrito High in the Division III semifinals.
The game begins at 7 p.m. Friday at the Cougars' home stadium.
Campolindo defeated El Cerrito, 42-27, on Sept. 20. The second-seeded Cougars are 11-0 this season while the third-ranked Gauchos are 10-2.
Miramonte will travel to Concord to take on Clayton Valley Charter High in the Division II semifinals.
The game begins at 7 p.m. Friday at the Eagles' home stadium.
Third-seeded Miramonte is 10-2 on the season while second-ranked Clayton Valley Charter is 11-1.
