High School Football: Campolindo, Miramonte Face Off On Friday Night

Acalanes High will try to rebound against Las Lomas High

In a game that will likely decide the league championship, Miramonte High's football team will travel to Moraga to take on undefeated Campolindo High School.

The game begins at 7 p.m. on the Cougars' home field.

Campolindo is 5-0 after defeating Acalanes High last Friday, 24-14. The Cougars defeated highly ranked El Cerrito High the week before, 42-27.

Miramonte is 4-1, winning four straight after an opening week defeat to Marin Catholic. The Matadors shut out Dublin High last week, 35-0.

Lamorinda Patch will be at the game, so look for updates Friday evening during the contest.

Acalanes High will travel to Walnut Creek to take on Las Lomas High. The Dons are 4-1 after last week's loss while Las Lomas is 3-2.
