Blood, Sweat and Maybe a Few Tears; It's Rugby In Moraga

Cal fans turned out to cheer their beloved Bears as the rugby squad beat Life University 42-10 in the quarter final at Pat Vincent Field at Saint Mary's College in Moraga.

Lamorinda Patch shooter Evan Mew was out and about in Moraga on Saturday when he followed the sound of heaving, grunting men and found a pitched battle underway between the Cal Bear's rugby team and Life University at .

Cal won... and Evan came away with some cool pictures of the contest.

If you happen to know the names of the players, send 'em on in. Evan said keeping pace with the action was tough enough, and picking out who was at the bottom of the pile nearly impossible.
