Acalanes High Baseball Seeded Number One in NCS Playoffs

The Acalanes High School baseball team has earned the number one seed in the North Coast Section Division III playoffs.

The playoff brackets were announced Sunday afternoon.

Acalanes has a bye in the first round. They will play the winner of the Wednesday afternoon contest between eighth seeded San Marin High and ninth seeded Eureka High.

The second round game will be played at 4 p.m. Friday at Acalanes High.

The Dons finished the regular season at 17-7. They were 8-4 in league play, finishing second behind Campolindo in the Diablo Foothill Athletic League.
