Mom's Day Gift Combo? Mother-Daughter Books & Tickets to Lafayette Speaker Series

The Lafayette Library and Learning Center Foundation's Distinguished Speaker Series will present bestselling authors Kelly Corrigan and Katie Hafner on Sunday, June 8.

Corrigan and Hafner are appearing "in conversation" on the topic of mothers and daughters.

Corrigan, the New York Times bestselling author of The Middle Place and Lift, has released her latest, Glitter and Glue, which examines the nourishing and sometimes exasperating bond between mothers and daughters.

In her memoir Mother, Daughter, Me, Hafner writes about the challenging, turbulent journey of three generations living under one roof, and the deep and binding relationship that results between mother, daughter and granddaughter.

Together with a copy of each author's book, surprise any mother or daughter in your life (or how about yourself?) with tickets to this special event.

Books are available now at The Storyteller Bookstore in Lafayette and will also be sold and signed by the authors at the speaker series.
