Something has to give Friday when no. 14 meets no. 16, both unbeaten, on the tundra of Orinda Friday night.

That's 5-0 Las Lomas of Walnut Creek (1-0 in league play) at 6-0 Miramonte (2-0 in the league).

The Oct. 12 ranking from the Prep Feed website has Miramonte pegged at no. 14 in the North Coast Section, with the Knights tied for no. 16 with Rancho Cotate. Dublin (4-1) goes up against Campolindo (6-0) in Moraga.
