Lafayette for Education is hosting a rally on May 24, 2011 from 7 am - 8 am, in the Lafayette Plaza in downtown Lafayette.
In conjunction with Educate our State (www.educateourstate.org), Lafayette for Education is hosting this rally as part of a multi-city, statewide day of action called Wake Up California!.
The goal of the rally is to bring our community together at a nonpartisan event including parents, teachers, students, administrators, legislators, and citizens. We want our unified voice to be heard concerning the issue of stable education funding for our state.
