What: A Little Common Sense: Catholic Social Teaching on the Economy a lecture by Father William O’Neill, S.J.

Father O’Neill is Associate Professor of social ethics at the Jesuit School of Theology of Santa Clara University, and a visiting professor of ethics at the Jesuit School of Theology, “Hekima” in Nairobi. Father O’Neill’s writings address questions of human rights, ethics and hermeneutical theory, social reconciliation, restorative justice, and refugee and immigration policy.

When: Wednesday, September 28, at 7 p.m.

Where: Chapel, Saint Mary's College of California, 1928 St. Mary's Rd., Moraga

Reception: hosted by Saint Mary’s College EastBay Scholarship Fund, will take place in the Faculty/Staff dining room following the lecture.
