French Bistro Class
In this class you will master some traditional French cooking techniques and use them to create a great meal. We'll prepare and sample all the recipes together and learn how to vary the preparations for lots of different dishes.
Menu: Herbed goat. cheese toasts with mixed greens, Lentils and beef pot au feu, and a tasty Crème brulée to finish.
Ages 16 and up.
