An Advanced Health Care Directive is critical to communicating your preferences for end-of-life care. How long has it been since you updated your directive? Are the addresses and phone numbers for your agents correct? Has it been updated to include changes in the law? Estate Attorney Stefanie West will take you through the Directive and will notarize - for free - any directives completed at the workshop.
