In Lafayette, the least expensive single-family home we could find was this three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house at 600 Francis Drive. It's listed at $680,000.
In Moraga, the least expensive single-family home we could find was this four-bedroom, three-bathroom house at 720 Moraga Road. It's listed at $750,000.
In Orinda, the least expensive single family home we could find was this three-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 45 Longridge Road. It's listed at $699,000.
