City of Orinda's Budget Workshop Set Thursday

Orinda City Council is holding a special meeting -- a budget workshop --  at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, April 17 at the Orinda Library, Garden Room on 26 Orinda Way. The following is the agenda:

A. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL:
Councilmembers: Dean Orr, Victoria Smith, Amy Worth Vice Mayor Steve Glazer and Mayor Sue Severson

B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

C. ADOPTION OF AGENDA

The City Council may take action on any item listed on the agenda.

D. PUBLIC FORUM

The Public Forum provides an opportunity for members of the public to speak on any item within the jurisdiction of the Council that is not on the agenda. Publiccomments under this category may be limited to three (3) minutes per speakerper item at the discretion of the Mayor with consent of the Council. If a speaker will not be present during an item later in the agenda, the speaker may address that agenda item during Public Forum but not again later.

SPEAKER CARDS: If you would like to speak during the public forum, or on anyof the scheduled agenda items, please fill out a speaker card. Deposit thecompleted form in the box located on the table at the left of the meeting room.
