No More Off-Leash Dogs at Rancho Laguna
Wednesday night's marathon Moraga Town Council meeting ended with a 3-2 vote to end off-leash dog hours at Rancho Laguna Park.
The Moraga Town Council voted 3 to 2 in favor of ending off-leash dog hours at Rancho Laguna Park at the end of a marathon meeting Wednesday night.
In the end it was Councilmembers Ken Chew, Karen Mendonca, and Howard Harpham who voted to end off-leash hours and put in motion a new, compromise-driven process to create a fenced area for off-leash dogs.
Trotter and Mayor Michael Metcalf cast the two opposing votes.
