Moraga To Get a Cleanup April 30

Moraga's public works guys do a bang-up job of keeping the town looking presentable, but there are both natural and man-made forces at work that keep things challenging and sometimes you have to call out the volunteers.

So here's the call: between 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 30 it's time for all good Moragan's to come to the aid of their town (Editor: Lamorinda Patch will be taking part at around that time as part of its annual Give 5 campaign).

Volunteers should meet at Moraga Commons Park, wear old clothes for the beautification effort and be prepared to give the park benches, bocce ball courts and other local fixtures a scrubbing. The Town will supply the gloves, brushes and stain.
