Election Profile: Thomas McCormick – Orinda City Council Candidate

Thomas McCormick is a lawyer who practices business law and litigation. He has lived in Orinda for 15 years and has four children in Orinda schools. He has served on the Orinda Association and OBA Boards and volunteered for the Educational Foundation of Orinda.

- Responsible fiscal planning to insure taxpayer's money is spent wisely.
- Work to fix our roads and infrastructure through proper long range planning.
- Partner with the schools to insure our schools and children receive the best opportunities.
- Balance the interests of property owners to City planning to bring pride in ownership. I will work to make the design review process responsive to and supportive of citizens.
- Revitalize the downtown areas by updating policies to foster a healthy business climate so we have places to shop, eat and receive services.
As your City Council Member, I will be available, listen to your requests, conduct thorough research and will work hard to make our great city even better. I would appreciate your support.
