An oak tree that fell into a culvert is being blamed for snarled traffic on the Lafayette-Moraga border adjacent to St. Mary's Rd., according to a Nixle Alert sent out by Moraga Police.
Police say traffic "will be reduced to one lane until later this afternoon" and are asking residents to find alternate routes, if possible. They are predicting delays in the area while crews work.
