Police Action In Lafayette; Another Possible "Highway 24" Burglary
Days after Lafayette and Orinda police take down a burglary crew suspected of multiple break-ins throughout the area, Lafayette police are called on to investigate another burglary Monday.
Lafayette police and a canine search team are on the scene of a suspected burglary near Highway 24 in Lafayette Monday -- days after Lamorinda police broke up a in a similar manner last week.
Police are currently at a home on Middle Road in Lafayette and unavailable for comment, although neighbors report substantial police activity in the area and an apparent search for suspects.
