Three local police officers got to sew on some new uniform stripes last week as Chief Bob Priebe elevated three members of his department to the rank of corporal.
Officers Will Davis, Randy Pacheco, and Mary Ann Grubb got their stripes and took their oaths of office at the Sept. 12 Town Council meeting. Priebe told the council and attending community members that adding the corporals brings an added supervisory element to all shifts.
No, townies don't have to salute. Congrats to the newly-minted corps.
