Moraga Police Investigate Joseph Drive Burglary

Moraga police were called out to investigate a stolen car taken from a home in the 1900 block of Joseph Drive on June 19, and quickly determined that the missing auto was just the beginning of the homeowner's loss.

Officers responded to the home at 10 p.m. that evening and met with the resident, who informed them that the car had been taken. A check of the residence determined that it, too, had been entered and ransacked.

There was no description given of the car or the valuables taken except for a digital camera, and no one was observed during the robbery. The investigation is continuing.
