Moraga PD Offers Summer Vacation House Watch

You leave town for an extended vacation and find yourself playing on a sun-dappled beach -- and maybe worrying just a little bit about what's going on back home?

The team at Moraga PD provides a vacation house watch patrol for Moragans who have left town for the summer and may require an extra level of comfort while away.

Chief Bob Priebe's team will roll by your home periodically while you're away, and they advise interested homeowners to visit their website to complete and submit a vacation patrol request online.

All information is kept confidential and is used if an emergency occurs, the chief says. If you are a new user of the service, please remember to contact MPD if your travel plans change, and especially if you return home early for any reason.

We don't want any surprises. Travel safely.
