In a prepared release, Chief Robert Priebe said the incident was reported at 10:30 a.m. when a 12-year-old boy walking home on Camino Pablo spotted an 11-year-old girl being pinned against a fence by a 20-year-old man.

The girl was described as having brown shoulder length hair. She was wearing an orange tie-dye t-shirt and shorts of a reddish color and had two small dogs on a leash with her. The man was described as having brown hair, brown goatee, and was wearing a dark plaid jacket and gray pants.
