Lafayette Police Looking for This Man
Local police are seeking the public's help in locating a man they say visited banks in Lafayette and Martinez recently - and made substantial withdrawals.
Martinez police released bank camera images taken of a robbery in their town yesterday, saying the same man recently paid a visit to Lafayette and made a similar withdrawal from the Bank of the West branch there.
The suspect, reportedly armed with a gun, held up the West America Bank in Martinez yesterday.
If you recognize him, you may want to contact the Martinez or Lafayette police departments and advise them as to his whereabouts.
