Lafayette Moving Van Not Exactly Moving at Lightning Speed

Lafayette resident and newly inducted member of the Patch Irregulars Larry Zulch clears up what that traffic snarl was Friday on Taylor Boulevard at Shulgin.

"They're letting one car at a time maneuver around the moving van," Larry reported at 5:53 p.m. "The rest they are making do with a U at Rancho View and head up Reliez to Withers."
