A jury Thursday found a former Saint Mary's College student guilty of exposing himself to a 5-year-old boy while working at a 24-Hour Fitness facility in Moraga last year.
Pornthep Suvanasarn, 23, was working at the gym's child care facility when he allegedly exposed himself to a 5-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl as their parents worked out in March of last year. He was subsequently charged with four misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and annoying or molesting a child -- and convicted of exposing himself to the boy.
Suvanasarn, a former resident business student at Saint Mary's who graduated last year and who no longer works at 24-Hour Fitness, must register as a sex offender with the conviction.
He faces punishment ranging from probation to up to a year in County Jail when he returns for sentencing Aug. 13.
