Commercial Burglaries Reported Overnight In Downtown Orinda
Orinda police are investigating a pair of overnight burglaries of local businesses.
Police hope the person or persons who entered a pair of downtown Orinda businesses overnight left some telltale evidence behind.
Business owners in the 100 block of Moraga Way reported two neighboring businesses were victimized, with thieves apparently entering through the roof to access money and business equipment.
A man answering the phone at the -- one of the businesses victimized -- confirmed news of the break-in but declined further comment Wednesday.
