The California Highway Patrol is reporting that all lanes of eastbound 24 are open after a car fire near Fish Ranch Road blocked traffic. According to the CHP, angry drivers stuck in the Caldecott Tunnel were honking their horns and getting out of their cars shortly before 3 p.m.
