e-recycle this past saturday in moraga?

so, this past wednesday, someone taped a short form onto our brown recycle bin (awaiting curbside pickup) advertising an ewaste pickup 3 days later.
i filled out their form (name, address, phone number) and taped it to the desktop that needed recycling.  the note is gone, but old desktop still there.  the refuse service said there was no scheduled pickup of ewaste.  wonder who put up those notices onto their bins???
