Lamorinda Death Notices

Some of the people with ties to Lafayette, Moraga and Orinda who have passed away recently

Randolph Murray Lee, a resident of Orinda, was born in Connecticut and moved with his family to Lafayette when he was 13. He attended U.C. Berkeley and later in life earned an honors degree in computer science. He worked at Sierra Sciences and had an extensive car collection. Lee died on Dec. 16 at the age of 58.

Marian Davis McCosker, 
a resident of Orinda, was born in San Francisco. She earned a bachelor of science degree from U.C. Berkeley and became a school teacher. She lived in the East Bay for 74 years, including Albany, Walnut Creek and Orinda. She was a member of the Sierra Club, the West Berkeley and Berkeley Lions Club, the Orinda Tennis Club and the Moraga Seniors. She also played bridge at St. Perpetua Catholic Church in Lafayette. McCosker died recently at the age of 97.
