Voices On Poverty

An event designed to raise awareness of growing poverty in Contra Costa County.  It will also honor all the area volunteers who work on Winter Nights, the rotating family shelter which is a program of the Interfaith Council of Contra Costa County.  "Voices on Poverty" will feature speakers who are the working poor who are struggling with poverty and those who work in service on the problem.  Small group conversations will explore the opportunity for faith and community based organizations to make a greater impact in the fight on poverty.  To rsvp, visit www.temple-isaiah.org/voicesonpoverty
