New York Times Bestselling Author, Madeline Levine "Teach Your Children Well"

Madeline Levine, clinical psychologist, author, and co-founder of Challenge Success at Stanford will discuss parenting for authentic success - why values and coping skills matter more than grades, trophies, or "fat envelopes". Madeline Levine has studied the trends affecting our children over the past several decades and believes that our increasingly competitive world has led to tremendous anxiety about our children's performances and futures.

Her latest book, "Teach Your Children Well, a New York Times bestseller, tackles our current narrow definition of success - how it unnecessarily stresses academically talented kids and marginalizes many more whose talents and interests are less amenable to measurement.

Ticket information: $10 for one ticket and $15 for two tickets. You can purchase tickets at http://madelinelevine.eventbrite.com
