Lamorinda Laughter Yoga Club for Seniors


Laughter yoga is a physically-oriented technique that uses a perfect blend of playful, empowering and otherwise "tension-releasing" laughter exercises interspersed with gentle breathing, stretching and rhythmic clapping. Guided relaxation finishes the session. Participation can be done either standing or seated. Sessions last about 30-40 minutes. Optional donation -- wheelchair accessible. No one turned away except no children.
