Free Talk: Santosh Philip on "Kum Nye and Meditation: Calming the Seas."

This talk offers an opportunity to experience Kum Nye (Tibetan Yoga) and meditation. Tasting these practices enables us to appreciate the way they help quiet noisy thoughts and feelings, and to see how they help build a foundation for growth and development.
