Join us at the Walnut Creek Library to Help the Lung Cancer Community and to be a part of this special afternoon of recognition and remembrance in support of all who have been affected by lung cancer, now or in the past. Make it a day to honor someone you love.

The 3rd Annual Walnut Creek Shine a Light on Lung Cancer Vigil will take place in the Oak View Room of the Walnut Creek Library. Join lung cancer survivors, their families and friends, health care professionals and others as they come together to make a difference in the lives of those impacted by lung cancer. There is no charge to attend and we welcome all who care.

Dr. Michaela Straznicka – Thoracic Oncology, John Muir Hospital


Dr. Janine Cataldo – Asst. Professor Physiological Nursing, UCSF


as well as Lung Cancer Survivors


 


This Vigil is part of a national and international coordinated event for lung cancer. Over 125 vigils
will be taking place in California and throughout the country during the month of November.
