Patio Gardens: CA Native Plants for Containers

 ,   Add to calendar
1540 Marchbanks Dr Walnut Creek CA 94598  See map

with Pete Veilleux of East Bay Wilds

Join Pete Veilleux, the area’s premiere native designer and nurseryman, for a short course in growing California native plants in containers. You’ll learn about the most suitable containers to use, soil and soil mixes, and of course the plants that work best in such circumstances. Half of the class will be indoors viewing some of Pete’s spectacular  hotographs and then we’ll move outdoors to the learning pavilion watch him pot up some containers.

Pete will also be offering containers and his fabulous native plants for sale.
