Caregiving: A Labor of Love, A workshop for those caring for family members
A one day workshop for those who assist, support or care for an older parent, a disabled spouse/partner, or a special needs child.
Please join us for a free one day workshop, lunch included, for caregivers, who often serve their loved ones in silent solitude. The purpose of this workshop is to connect, support and equip caregivers. Breakout sessions include:
- Financial and Legal Considerations
- Spiritual and Emotional Care of the Caregiver
- Transitions of Care
Karen Taylor, DDv, our keynote speaker, is a wife/caregiver of a husband with early onset Alzheimer's.
