Dancing to Your Heart
This Valentine's Day, listen to your heart, dance to your heart's rhythm
and come together in this sacred space. Dance,
yoga and meditation provide an opportunity to connect with ourselves and listen
to the beat that unites everything. In this practice, we incorporate yoga,
meditative movement, and laughter as a way to connect to ourselves and create
community. This is a judgment free zone where we are able to move in whatever
way we need to.
Cost: By dana, donation,
financial love…generosity, like yoga, is a practice. We learn not to give too much, not to give
too little but to give in a way that is true to ourselves and honors the
experience.
