By the Kids, For the Kids Musical Theatre Fundraiser
Kids helping kids is the concept behind
the Youth Theatre Company’s (YTC) yearly fundraiser “By the Kids, For the Kids”
(BTKFTK).
Now in its 5th year, BTKFTK takes place
October 6 at 5 p.m. at the Shadelands Art Center. Yhis entertaining musical review features students from all ages and levels of YTC. This year’s musical selections include “Circulation” from Schoolhouse Rock Live! Jr., “When I grow Up” from Mathilda, and "Consider Yourself" from Oliver!
A $10 donation is suggested with proceeds benefiting the Monument Crisis Center as the scholarship fund for Civic Arts Education in Walnut Creek. Tickets available at the door. For more information, call 925-943-5846.
