Bastille Day - Pétanque on Sunday July 13

Do you know what is Bastille Day?  It is the French version of the 4th of July and it is on
July 14.  The Lamorinda francophiles
will celebrate on Sunday the 13 at the Lafayette pétanque field (480 Saint
Mary's Road),  starting at 11:30
a.m. with a pot luck picnic under the pear orchard, songs with local French
singer Isabelle Magidson, and initiation to the French bowling game with member
of Lamorinda Petanque Association. French speaking not mendatory! :-)
