Power Outage Planned For South Orinda Residents
PG&E needs to make repairs and will be shutting off the power for some residents starting Thursday.
Orinda city officials advise residents that PG&E will be conducting urgent repairs at the Camino Encinas sub station shutting down power along Moraga Way. The outage is expected to impact approximately 700 PG&E customers in South Orinda.
The outage is scheduled to begin on Thursday Aug. 4 at 8 p.m. and last through the evening and early morning hours, concluding on Friday Aug. 5 at 8 a.m. All customers who will be impacted have received notice from PG&E.
