Places On Patch - "Places" Home to Local Business

The Propeller Heads, ah, we mean our crack Technology Team, have been in the back room banging on the pipes and flipping the switches that make the lights go on here at Lamorinda Patch.

You may have noticed their handiwork lately, with a new blogging function (already heavily engaged and drawing comments), a bold new design for our home page and, now, a user-friendly way to check out the hundreds - thousands - of businesses in your neighborhood.

It's called Places and if you have a business in Lamorinda chances are you're already listed here. In Places, business owners can enhance their business listings with video and other media, and patrons can rate their experience with a particular business with a keystroke.

We're not here to sell you anything you don't need, but if your business is not yet listed you may want to let us know so we can get you on board as this portion of the site is one of the most heavily used offerings we have.
