A blend of Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Thai food is featured at Moraga's newest Asian restaurant.

The Iron Kitchen, a new Asian fusion restaurant at 581 Moraga Way, is the latest in a string of Asian restaurants at this address.

Owner Xiuyi Li, of Chinese-Vietnamese decent, owns similar eateries in San Francisco and Antioch. He has been in this location for about two weeks.

The restaurant offers appetizer classics like pot stickers, fried crab cheese puffs and fried chicken wings. There are pho bowls, which is a Vietnamese beef and noodle soup, dim sum, a variety of meat dishes like filet mignonette with tomato fried rice, sushi from Japan, a large cooked seafood offering and an extensive selection of vegetable dishes. There are also classic Chinese noodle and rice dishes.

Iron Kitchen is open seven days a week from 11am to 9:30am.
