I mean really --- what are these people thinking?? That an airbag will go off when they run into a bus or propellor blade? Whats next? Texting while being a lumberjack? While walking on an aircraft carrier? While working with wild animals? I do actually think the species has reached the tipping point and started to weed out the ones that aren't so bright.

I watched a young lady steering by smartphone step out onto Market street and in front of a cab yesterday. Its a good thing she had her earbuds in because the cab guy let her have it but she just kept going. I'm surprised more people aren't seriously hurt. Subway tracks are kind of hard to miss.
