A lot has been written about Memorial Day. A lot has been said about the men and women who gave their lives during service to their country.
None of it is black and white. All of it is compelling. For those of us without any "skin in the game" it can be easy to forget about those we've lost. Most often the true significance of the day can only be felt by those who have survived the experience that claimed their buddies.
We've included a movie trailer for a movie that seems to sum it up pretty well. It's called "Taking Chance" and it details the return of a combat casualty from Iraq -- Chance Phelps.
It'll be on television this Memorial Day. Sit the kids down if they're old enough and clue them in. Make sure there's a big box of tissues nearby. For those of us without any skin in, the movie will make you pause and think about those who do.
